Review researchers supported and demonstrated evidence primarily for nutritional needs, college student diet, knowledge, weight management, barriers, health behavior and education. Many research articles support the need to investigate knowledge about university students' eating habits and healthy nutritional needs. College students lack knowledge about nutritional value. Some students have a tendency to develop poor eating habits and choose food rather than nutritional value based on the convenience, taste, time and price they can get. Therefore, as many college students are increasing their weight every year, it is difficult to control weight. Some of the barriers to health behavior they report are lack of time, the lack of a healthy food choice, and the lack of social support.
