Nursing Theories: Florence Nightingale

Medical care is constantly changing and evolving. Technology has improved many customs. As nurses increase knowledge through higher education and continuing education, nursing practice continues to follow the past and present theorists. Nursing professionals are unique as many of their practices are based on nursing theory and noncare theory. There are various types of entries for nursing professionals ranging from associate undergraduate program to nursing practical doctor degree (DNP).

The clinical applied theory chosen by me is the pioneering theory of modern nursing science. The selected Florentine Nightingale theory is applied to the clinical scenario with a theoretical theory and a brief explanation of the theory, followed by analysis, criticism and reference to the established criteria, combined with actual results. Florentine nightingale also known as "light and lady" is persuasive, innovative in terms of care, founder of modern care. She was born in Florence, Italy in 1820.
