Educational institutions and regulatory nurses need to write the philosophy of the facility. This article explores the use of the concept of "philosophy" in nursing education and nursing management. Next, I will outline the nature of philosophy, especially relation with special science such as nursing. Based on this discussion, the true nature of the document the nurse writer calls "philosophy" is discussed. The concepts of life, world view and mission statement are discussed in this regard. Then we will give specific recommendations to the nurse to complete the task of preparing the plan document.

Before writing the mission statement, the leader of the organization must know what to store in the future. This vision is the foundation of the mission statement. This vision provides a strategic direction, which is the starting point for missions and related targets. Vision statements are different from mission statements. The vision statement is the idea that the organization aims to do so. For example: They lead the organization to the future. And the mission statement reflects the present. Because the vision statement has a glimpse of the future, it is often not recognized for several years. Organizations have undergone many changes and may be confronted with times of confusion and uncertainty. Changes are not always anticipated or easy, so well thought out vision statements will help everyone stay focused and achieve the organization's goals.

Organizations take different approaches to express their mission. Some explain the detailed vision in the future and write mission statements summarizing this vision. Others use slogans, mottoes or single statements or phrases to summarize their mission. Ideally, a mission is a written expression of fundamental goals, characteristics, values, and philosophy that the organization forms and gives its purpose. It is used to achieve the goal. By expressing the ultimate goal of the organization - essentially the most important - the mission statement should provide common goals and direction for the members. The purpose included in the Mission Statement should serve as the basis for the organization's strategic planning and key activities and should provide a framework for assessing the performance of the organization.
