Today 's nursing students have various learning methods. Nursing educators have to shape students to become critical thinkers and teachers have many ways to acquire the necessary educational skills (Kostovich et al., 2007). Education has various styles, and in 1985 the model of Kolbe proposed to match fashion education and teaching method. However, educators need to be proficient in identifying the learning style of individual students.

Internships or on-site training with actual patients is an important part of nursing practical education. Students can contact the instructor, but most people are responsible for finding their instructor - especially if the nurse doctor is enrolled in a remote or online course. During the internship period, students evaluate and treat the actual patient under the guidance of the lecturer. Internships may range from 500 to over 1,000 hours depending on the requirements of the program. After completing and graduating, students can take the Oncology Care Certification Exam and the Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner Exam, which are additional certificates for integrating nursing expertise in oncology.

A rigorous analysis of the identified questionnaire / scale items is done and these items are included in NRICS if they are consistent

Teaching internship involves the preparation and use of the teacher including all the learning experiences of the school teacher. The purpose of reviewing relevant literature is to explore practical educational ideas. This review discusses three major ideas, an overview of conceptual concepts and educational internships, theoretical framework and related studies. Today, educational internships are almost universally accepted as a culmination of professional preparations for teachers in teacher education programs before inauguration. According to Gower & Walters (1983), the educational practice course is a major component of vocational education. Education internships are defined as continuous practice for 12 weeks, which constitutes the essential part of the school or the university's curriculum at the school (depending on the particular teacher training college or university).
