Introduction The American Nursing Association defines care, protection, promotion and optimization of health and abilities as care ... and advocacy (Nursingworld.org). It is important for nurses to have a philosophy of work, depending on the type of nurse, there are different perspectives and concerns depending on the field of work. There are many things different, but some basic things are the same. Helping patients, helping people in need, helping patients heal, acquiring knowledge to improve the quality of care provided.
Introduction This article introduces the famous philosophy, including the personal definition of four care phenomena including people, environment, health, and care, and the philosophy of my personal care. The unique contribution of philosophy comes from the education of nurses and teachers as well as the development of nursing theory and research. More importantly, philosophy strongly influences the formation of personal values, and in fact it emphasizes all the promises of nurses.
The philosophy of personal care needs to include all four aspects of the nursing meta paradigm, nurse, people, environment, and health. In the process of developing my philosophy of care in the form of personal statements, I began to realize that there are concepts that seem to be reproduced in all the philosophies we are studying and the theory of care. Care affects individuals, medical environment, health and illness, and overall care. It does not contain words or concepts of care, and there is little definition of care. This is because care is a very important part in doing what your nurse is doing. Therefore, I decided to build my personal care concept on the concept of care.
The use of the concept of care as the basis of nursing practice will promote the correct application of nursing knowledge and the development of further nursing theory and knowledge. My personal care philosophy is designed to cover the full communication of the art of nursing science and compassion and dignity. To explain this care philosophy, four nursing meta concepts are described about nursing as science and art. Nursing science and art are also discussed and treated as occupations. The concept of family-centered care and developmental care emphasizes the practice of care as an art. I discussed the application of nursing knowledge in practice through the use of five cognitive methods of nursing, nursing theory, borrowing theory and nursing paradigm. The concept of nurses and scholars, and the further development of nursing knowledge are recognized as priorities.
