Applying care and knowledge to the patient's situation in the clinical setting also greatly affects the positive or negative direction of the relationship between the nurse and the patient.

First of all, we must judge that patients have relationships with nurses. The relationship between the nurse and the patient is different from the responsibility of the nurse to the patient. If this relationship is not indicated, it is rare that the nurse is responsible for the patient. Third, patients must ensure that they deviate from "good practices". Frequently accepted practices are often defined as care provided by general cautious nurses under certain circumstances. The best relationship between a nurse and a patient is a therapeutic relationship. Therapeutic care relationships are based on mutual trust, training and sensitivity to patient needs. All these additional responsibilities lead to overworked nurses, so that nurses do not have the time to communicate and interact with patients.
