Nurse Intervention: An Observational Analysis

Understanding how to prioritize and balance customer needs is a critical thinking skill in nursing professionals and is very important for beginner practical nurses. Because our actions all differ in importance (reference), excellent prioritization skills are associated with excellent time management. New nurses need to concentrate on one problem at a time, as well as learn to understand the overall picture of customer needs before using priority skills. It starts with evaluation and patients and nurses cooperate to judge client's needs.

Nursing phenomenon: This concept of the meta - metadata paradigm is related to the art and science of nursing; it includes nursing acts or nursing interventions. Think of this concept as a nurse does. This concept includes nurse application expertise, procedures, technical skills, and indirect and direct (actual) patient care. Human phenomena: Nurses take care of people. People are people who take care of them. However, it is important that people are defined by the side (patient or client) receiving care, including patient's family, friends, and community. Nurses need to consider how patients define their families when planning care.

When providing direct patient care, nurses observe, evaluate, and record symptoms, responses, and progression. This provides a basis for care planning and intervention. Registered nurses also create and manage care plans to guide patients and their families to appropriate care and to help individuals and groups take steps to improve or maintain health. Registered care requires a lot of knowledge to evaluate, plan and intervene to promote health care, prevent disease, and help patients cope with the disease. Although the scope of nursing work is prescribed by the state law, it is usually the patient's needs to decide the daily work of the nurse.
