The most common personnel strategies and solutions to improve job performance are training (Dean, Dean, and Rebalsky, 1996). Training is an intervention aimed at improving the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of employees working in the workplace (Awonoyi, Orlando, & Morgan, 2002). Higher education institutions are currently offering training to their teachers to help them become effective teachers. Teacher training to improve teacher leadership does not exist and they are adopted for expertise (Fink, 2003).
Introduction: The importance of optimal clinical nursing education in the development of professional skills can not be denied. In clinical education, nursing students often face problems. Recognizing the perceptions of nursing students to clinical education is the first step to overcome this challenge. Method Description Cross-sectional studies were used to determine nursing student views on clinical education. A total of 150 nursing students were randomly selected from the nursing midwifery school (Tehran). The data collection tool is a questionnaire created by researchers and consists of five fields. Goals and courses, lecturers, student feedback in the clinical field, clinical environment, supervision and evaluation. The average and standard deviation of each item was calculated using SPSS, ver.14. Comparison of clinical education of nursing students based on age, sex and occupation experience by chi-square test
Gradually, the development of educational standards and professional certificates has led to a shift in care to professional status. It has a strong theoretical and practical foundation that brings social cognition, and professional education in the field of nursing. With social understanding about care, society considers nurses as cost-effective healthcare providers and independent decision makers. Therefore, the nursing staff can earn more funds and government financial aid. Today, the rapid change in social value systems brings more ethical and philosophical challenges in providing care to customers. These changes also created a new care environment that requires specialist care. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the definitions of medical specialization and their attributes and make quick changes. For this reason, conceptual analysis is an appropriate method.
