Just a few years ago, a major catastrophic nuclear damage occurred. This failure will release large amounts of radioactive material into the environment. Since the Chernobyl accident in 1986, the disaster at Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant rapidly became the largest nuclear accident, both of which seriously affected environmental radiation. Due to potential safety issues, environmental risks and the dangers of nuclear power generation, the use of nuclear facilities must be eliminated to prevent collapse and irreparable damage to the surrounding areas.
Nuclear power remained constant throughout the lives of all of us because of many problems related to nuclear power and many accidents that occurred. Nuclear power is a dangerous and deadly tool and should not be taken lightly. Unfortunately, this is the accident of the Three Mile Island accident in the former Soviet Union and the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant. In both cases, lack of experience and ignorance were the main cause of the accident. I hope this will never happen again, and nuclear power will be phased out in a safer nuclear fusion reactor and a very attractive photovoltaic generator.
Many citizens do not want nuclear power. They know that it is too high as it is dangerous. The UK government supports most of nuclear power and nuclear weapons. Many citizens do not want nuclear weapons as they know that nuclear weapons are extremely dangerous and they want to live without the sudden perfect destruction threat. In all respects, the close relationship between weapons and power can explain the differences between politicians and citizen agendas on these issues.
According to government policy, the future of nuclear power will vary widely from country to country. Germany, Belgium, Lithuania and many others in Europe have adopted policies of phased out nuclear power generation. At the same time, some Asian countries such as China and India promise to expand nuclear power rapidly. Policies are set up in many other countries such as the United Kingdom and the United States. Prior to the accident in Fukushima, Japan was the main generator of nuclear power, but the extent of recovery of the nuclear power program after the accident was unclear. South Korea has a huge nuclear industry, but the new government decided to phase out nuclear power generation in 2017. It is because the nuclear reactor that is currently in operation or under construction has been closed after 40 years of operation.
