No More Homework: School Wants Students To Have More Family Time

HOLYOKE (CBS) - Hollyk realizes the students' dreams everywhere in elementary school - there is no need to do homework any longer!

The teachers at K - 8 Kelly Elementary School were told not to assign assignments this year. However, school days will be extended by 2 hours.

Principal Jacqueline Glasheen said the students worked during the day and are expected to get help from teachers.

"The children really want to go home at 4 o'clock we want to make their brain feel tired, I would like them to enjoy their family, Glassin said

When going to school, the children just want to go home, relax and become yourself! Worry of homework = trouble of school = family troubles also affect family. Children rarely enjoy homework. FYI Some students feel pressure when they return home. And for all students, they are training the brains at junior high school all day. The next day I will relax the brain at school but I do not remember that the teacher wrote the wrong subject when I made a mistake as the student was tired (such as after a break) or the teacher could not explain well .

American students should reduce their homework every day. Too much homework can cause stress and other health problems. In addition, students spend more time than recommending to their homework. This reduces family time and free time, as well as sleeping time. You also need time to relax while doing your homework and enjoy other activities. Do not allow students to lose homework, be happy, and spend more time with family and friends. Administrators, teachers, students, and guardians need to address this issue and inform people about the impact of their homework on American students. When teachers and parents try to reduce the number of homework, stress and anxiety are reduced and happiness increases. The student is sitting all the day in the middle school. They have little movement. If you give too much homework to the students, they can not have time to exercise or become active. Homework can also reduce the amount of time students spend with their families and friends. The BBC has created an online survey asking if people are getting enough homework. 62.2% answered that homework was too much, 28.9% thought it was right, 9% thought that it was not enough. As there are few homework and no homework at all, it may take a long time for the students to spend time with their friends and their families.
