NJ Schools: High school student gains acceptance to eight Ivy league universities

According to reports, Anna Rezk of two schools is a high-tech high school student.

Rezk applied to a total of 20 universities, received an amazing 63 GPA, and won 1570 in her SAT. It gave her 8 enrollment notices from all 8 Ivy League colleges.

The report pointed out that although she lost her father's pancreatic cancer at the age of 13, her experience at the hospital helped define her research area.

"I would like to make me realize what I want to be a caregiver in the hospital atmosphere, I think he helped foster my dream of becoming a doctor," Rezk said.

Ironically, Harold Ekeh of Elmont Memorial High School also entered all eight Ivy League schools of the previous year. After a total of 13 schools to choose from, he chose to enter Yale University. Augusta Uwamanzu-Nna entered all twelve schools, including the eight Ivy League schools that applied in 2016 (Elmont High School's Farewell). She is also the first person to become the national finalist of Intel Science Talent Search in the history of her school. Brown University, Columbia University, Cornell University, Dartmouth College, Harvard University, Pennsylvania University, Princeton University, Yale University are all fighting for her.
