The justice system adopted by Nietzsche is somewhat ironic, but as a form of justice, our society has considerable value. This has been demonstrated by explaining the relationship between creditors and debtors in our democratic society and the process of equalization being done and it is also correct for Nietzsche to evaluate justice as such principle is. This problem is most obvious in the penal institution, but it is also common in personal relationships and political structures.
Nietzsche argues that society has a social relationship of "creditors - debtors." There, one person (obligor) owes another person (creditor) for some reason. In almost every society, there is also a tendency to respect and memorize their ancestors, especially the founders of society, and to tell stories about their strengths and abilities. The combination of these two concepts forms the notion that the ancestor and the founder are the creditors and the descendants are the debtor. He said people feel that they are owed debt to the people in front of them, and it follows traditions and laws through various festivals, monuments, and most importantly.
As everyone knows, our current world economy is based on billions of creditors - debtor relationships. The terms creditors and obligors refer to those who are primarily involved in borrowing funds such as bank loans, credit enhancements, etc. Most people all over the world owe someone, arrears, or both. For example, many university students are reluctant to pay university tuition fees by borrowing money from banks or outside. However, there are two ways of thinking when making this decision. First of all, I can consider loans as future investments and I will earn money over the long term. Secondly, I may hesitate to borrow, because I have to agree to pay back big promises, responsibilities and interests.
A power engine is established between creditors and debtors. But motivation is dynamic as power is defined as ownership of the human body. Therefore, the body is used as a form of repayment. Just as Nietzsche said, personal behavior is out of resentment just like my wife's behavior and behavior do not like him. He was very outraged by the unreasonable treatment he received. As a creditor, he needs to be satisfied. This satisfaction comes from the elimination of his girlfriend. However, there are differences between the creditors who receive compensation themselves and the creditors who directly receive compensation from the debtor. When creditors receive compensation themselves, repayment is not necessarily rational. They eventually were given the power to go to extremes under extreme control, and they utilized this. This is related to the belief of Nietzsche that human wishes are to know that it can make others suffer, which itself is satisfactory.
