News and Politics In the 1920s

In the 1920s the news and politics were chosen for five years (1920 - 1925) was exciting. President is elected, one is in the office, baseball is still a national entertainment, a big political scandal, and there are new inventions everywhere. All events are listed chronologically and described as news, but there are many exciting first opportunities in the 1920s. When it comes to talking to them it seems best not to put them in any order.

The political moment the working class faced in 1920 was terrible, but the history did not end in 1920. During the 10-year death of Harding, we found ourselves in the most progressive era of political change in American history. The political moment we face today is terrible, but it is not the end of history. We can continue to fight together through the Trump regime, take bold actions and make radical requests. We can not only stop playing the most shocking suggestions of playing cards but we can continue building strong campaign for the sake of American social, economic and racial justice.

Owen Howe (1920-1993) is an excellent professor at the graduate school center in New York City and is an editor of Dissent magazine. Many of his publications include Thomas Hardy, politics and fiction, Emerson culture and politics, socialism and the United States. His collection was published in 1990. Ballymenikov is a professor of English literature at the University of Hawaii. He was widely published in the novel from the 19th century to the 20th century, and is the author of Robert Louis Stevenson and "Falesa Beach". Visiting professor at the University of Southern California, Georgetown University, University of Victoria (British Columbia).

In this article, I will examine the role of literature in the crisis of the NAACP magazine from the 1910 's to the early 1920' s and the relevance between literature, news coverage and history. We do not study literature itself, provide literary style analysis nor evaluate the literary nature of short stories and poetry printed in the 1910s. Instead, we will examine the relationship between literary works in danger, such as news commentaries, political papers, past African reactions, illustrations and advertisements, and other parts of the magazine.
