The first thing we have to do is to identify and discuss the differences between former occupational and postmodern professional perspectives. Next, we need to evaluate these differences on the people's lifestyle, the impact on the career, the way of the new success and development, and the impact on the post-modern era strategy. Our perception of our career has changed fundamentally. Traditionally, occupations are considered to progress in the context of one or more parts and have been theorized as progress in linear carrier strategies.
On the global scale, the disappearance of the central government, universal doctrine, and basic ethics changed the modernist paradigm to postmodern. The postmodern world brings about fragmentation, instability, uncertainty and anxiety. The architectural response to these conditions is an attempt by postmodern discourse "semantic nightmare" or "modern project". In Croatia, conversion from a socialist one-party controlled market system to capitalism, parliamentary democracy, and free market system was done. In 1989, along with the collapse of the Berlin Wall, the reason for the existence of the "buffer zone" known as "Yugoslavia" has disappeared. A box of political nightmare of Pandora was held. Yugoslavia decomposed into five new independent states: Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro) and the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia
The world of the new paradigm is rapidly changing to a new definition of human social organization and happiness and it is necessary to define new ethics suitable for the rapid change of various societies. As the speed of change increases and the necessity to understand the process of change challenges everyone, it is a more disloyal cause of stability. In an emerging planetary society, sharing this view of the world is not easy. At the boundary of the paradigm, the opposing points can not be understood from each other. The garrison campaign and the supercapitalist ideology of the old world did not allow compromises and other countries to confront the alliance of the former paradigm government. Trend So far, the most important major industrialized countries are consistent with the worldview and views of the new paradigm.
