Plants occupy most of the barren land of pine. For example, pine trees such as short hands, asphalt pines, jacks, long hands, yellow pines, and many other pine trees occupy the majority of Pineland's pine trees. Other trees contain pine and oak trees. Because of these cedar tree roots, the barren land of pine trees is brownish red. This occurs because the roots release red dyes into the soil and then enter the water. Even if the amount of red pigment released is small, water is affected by a large amount of cedar in the pine forest.
Located at the end of barren land of a pine tree in New Jersey, the Parvin Natural Area combines many of the characteristics and species of Pine Burns with the southern part of New Jersey. Several boardwalks pass through hardwoods and Atlantic white cedar wetlands, pine lowlands, highland pines and oak forests. Palvin is a striped owl threatened by a state and a pink house with a wetland in danger of extinction. Parvin Grove is located on the banks of Lake Parvin and offers swimming beaches with lifeguards. Parking lot, bath, first aid station, canoe rental, franchise for snacks, novelty items, beach supplies etc are nearby. The picnic hut with tables, grill and playground is on both sides of the beach.
