When deciding which business is right for you, you will make three important decisions. In this course, you will learn how you work with a partner, the type of business organization you use, and which professional consultant you should choose.
"Customer journey" has changed due to customer experience innovation. I reconsidered how customers use products and services and how sellers create value. Using the data we gather, we will create new processes, business partnerships, organizations, and technologies to support the new journey. For example, predictive maintenance may change the way a technician or operations manager executes a service. Technological innovation is what most people think when they hear the word "innovation". It is often used to replace "product innovation", but they are not the same. Technological innovation has changed the realization technology, not products or applications. Examples include enhancements, virtual reality, machine learning, and so on.
Virtual organization A virtual organization is a collaboration between companies, agencies, or individuals that provide products or services under a common business understanding. The organization builds partnerships with other people (usually competitors) and complement each other. The partner unit expresses itself as a unified organization. The virtual structure is collaborative and has been created to accommodate special, often temporary marketing opportunities. An example of a virtual structure is environmental protection. Here, it aims at providing multiple organizations to provide employees with virtual organizations, protect historical sites and others, and bring economic benefits to partners.
The three main categories of business organizations are individual business owners, partnerships and companies. Ownership is one of the most important characteristics of business organizations. A sole proprietor is a business with a single owner or owner. It is the most basic type of for-profit organization with the least regulation by the government. The owner of an individual business owner can make all the decisions concerning the business and hold all the profits received from the business freely. However, the owner also takes full responsibility for the debt of the company. In other words, if the company can not repay the obligation, personal assets are in danger.
