Never forget the sense that I became a student. Looking back on a lot of things, I noticed that this word is the core of my educational philosophy. If you can not understand the students, you can not expect to teach them or teach their learning effectively. For example, some of my excellent teachers have limited understanding of student's attention, and at that moment their students face more challenges than those presented only in the classroom. By establishing a connection with students to a certain extent, the respect that these teachers demand is not merely based on fear.
What is interesting about education is to ask students to challenge their assumptions. And you can inspire this process. Do not forget to be a teenager, read "History of the American People". There may be more than one history, and multiple truths ideas have drawn my attention. I felt that history was written by the winner, which shocked my core. This is the power of education. But the vacant hole invites people to find a new explanation ... this hole can fill the problem road. If a student challenges a sacred cow and does not give a new framework to understand the world, it is common for others to do this for us.
Please do not forget. White-American Americans like to use this expression in war, terrorism (especially 9/11) and other forms of American heroism or exceptionalism. Certainly, please never forget. The American black / Africa's history is hidden, never forget that it is not even public school or most private schools. Never forget that in the United States, blacks are not much humanized by law; slaves are owned like cows. Never forget that the United States murdered a peaceful radical radical leader. Remember that all revolutionary black movements were systematically dismantled by the US government and their leaders were imprisoned or murdered. Never forget that the black community overflowed liquor stores and drugs, while separating laws and red lines. Remember that the US justice system always shows racial discrimination in its judgment and conviction against blacks. Never forget how the media painted a black body, played a black body, and beautified black violence and aggression.
