Introduction In order to audit individual styles and improve negotiation and communication skills it is essential to clarify values ​​and personal beliefs. In this portfolio project explain the characteristics / unnamed personal negotiation style and examine individual negotiable inventory statements that evaluate other people's general behavior. Finally, evaluate the scale of my personal communication skill to improve the efficiency of my negotiation and communication, prepare for possible future situation.

Capability assessment allows an organization to identify the occupational and personal characteristics necessary to achieve high performance in a particular job role. Competency evaluation helps organize employee 's "skill inventory" to help the leader identify the desired action and compare it with the actual behavior shown in the workplace. Effective competency assessment includes a comprehensive approach to employee performance, including knowledge, skills, abilities, behavior, and value measurements (see Figure 1). Although these components are often confused with each other, it is important to understand and evaluate each of the various components to get the most complete personal situation.

Evaluation centers can be designed to measure different types of work related skills and abilities, but are often used to evaluate interpersonal skills, communication skills, planning and organization, and analytical skills. The evaluation center usually includes exercises that reflect the type of work and the types of problems encountered at work. For example, you can evaluate your behavior with the ability of individuals to make sales presentations and at mock meetings. In addition to these simulation exercises, evaluation centers often include other types of tests, such as cognitive ability tests, personality lists, vocational knowledge tests. Evaluation centers usually use multiple trained evaluators to observe, classify, and evaluate behaviors. At the end of the evaluation center, evaluators gather and make comprehensive judgment on the performance of the center staff.

To study and measure personality, psychologists have developed many different personality tests, assessments, and checklists. Many of these tests are widely used in various environments. For example, the well-known Myers Briggs index or MBTI is often used as a pre-employment screening assessment. You may encounter various forms of personality test online. Many of these tests are designed to reveal "real you", but other tests are obviously for entertainment only. For example, you might encounter online quizzes to decide if you have an extrovert or introverted character. A better understanding of these things about yourself will help you better understand why you work with others or you feel that you only need a little time.
