Negative Leadership

INTRODUCTION Leaders of organizations around the world need to be aware of their negative leadership behavior in order to remedy and solve this problem. Most leaders are highly qualified and promoted or adopted to their managerial positions as they prove they are successful (Brusman, 2011). Generally, negative leadership behaviors are the result of lack of communication skills of leaders and lack of emotional intelligence (Brusman, 2011). In order for the leaders to improve their negative leadership behavior, they needed to be aware that they made a mistake and tried to stop making the same mistake twice.

However, negative leadership can have a rapid and dramatic impact on positive culture. WorldCom is a telecommunications leader with a very innovative culture until Bernie Ebbers takes over. He squeezes out all the pennies from the environment and can press employees to work hard, but he plunder the company. Sales soared sharply and within several years WorldCom went bankrupt. This article may be a bit negative. I did not make it to take responsible leadership. I have created it to emphasize the initial honesty of leadership. Many new ambitious leaders are trying to make their leadership beautiful. Leadership is wonderful. I will not turn it into the world. But it also involves heartache, long night awakening, and disappointment. At the beginning of the article, I mentioned the hurricane leader and lost sight of the dog and the sunrise.
