Publicity is the heart of national socialism Germany. This page is a collection of English translations of Nazi advertisements from 1933 to 1945 and is part of a larger website promoted by Germany. The goal is to help people understand the twentieth century totalitarian system by having people access key material. The archive is genuine. If you are looking for something specific, try the search function. For more information on the German promotion file, please read the FAQ.
My book "Bending Thorns: The Advertisement of Nazi Germany and the German Democratic Republic" (Michigan State University Press, 2004) is analyzing the majority of the contents of the German publicity advertisement archive. Although the hard cover version is out of print, the textbook version is still available. One of my latest books is a groundbreaking speech on national socialism (Dezhou A & M University Press). There is a hard cover version and a flat version
German propaganda: Anti-Semitic publication archives from 1930 to 1945: related websites containing numerous PDFs of original materials
The advertisement used by German Nazi party before Adolf Hitler 's leadership division (1933-1945) was an important tool to acquire and maintain power and to implement Nazi' s policy. The widespread use of Nazi's propaganda has brought about the current negative meaning of the word itself, primarily "propaganda" itself. Adolf Hitler used "Mein Kampf" itself in 1925 as a propaganda tool for advertising research and practice. He insisted that he learned about the value of propaganda as an infantry of the First World War, and they came in contact with a highly effective UK and inefficient German publicity. The argument that Germany lost war primarily due to British propaganda activity was detailed in Mein Kampf, reflecting the common German nationalists' claims at the time.
Paul Joseph Goebbels (German: (listening); October 29, 1897 - May 1, 1945) German Nazi politician and German advertising minister of Nazi from 1933 to 1945. He is one of the close associates of Adolf Hitler and is one of the most loyal followers, known for his public speaking skills and profound, despicable anti-Semitism, which in his public opinion it is clear. He insists on a gradual expansion of serious discrimination, including the elimination of the Jews in the Holocaust. Goebbels, who wants to be a writer, got a doctorate from Heidelberg University in 1921. He joined the Nazi party in 1924 and worked with Greg Strass at their northern branch. He was appointed as Gauleiter (regional leader) in Berlin in 1926 and he became interested in using that promotion to promote that party and its plan.
