Navajo Water Rights

The controversy over the rights of water has been a fight for many years in the country of the Navajo for decades. This controversy, which has been complicated by many problems, has increased in recent years. For example, the water set of Navajo Hopi Little Colorado has filed a lawsuit for 33 years. Of particular note is the fact that Navajos and its elected officials are working to balance expectations and reality, including coordination of state and federal government legal obligations. As a result, there are obvious conflicts between resources related to water management.
