The Family Liaison Office (FLO) is in contact with the US Citizenship Immigration Agency (USCIS) of the Department of Homeland Security for the foreign spousalization of employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Processing time and arbitration are exclusively approved by USCIS

FLO provides assistance to all diplomatic institutions in other program areas, but its naturalization assistance is limited to the spouse of the State Department. Spouses of other agencies should contact their Human Resources department to obtain possible assistance for 319 (b) naturalization.
