Since the early 1840's, birth control has been done around the United States. Since then, there have been many advances in contraceptives, oral contraceptives, patches, injections and sterilization, but these results are in danger. Some of these risks may include marriage, physical, and mental harm. The Natural Family Program (NFP) should be the only contraceptive method used in the US due to its low divorce rate among its supporters, as well as contraceptive health risks and Catholic church violations.
There is also a form of contraception that I have not mentioned, which is the only form that the Catholic Church agrees. It is called the Natural Family Plan (NFP). The natural family plan is based on the women's menstrual cycle. It is necessary to determine the number of days after ovulation (egg cell release from the ovary) and avoid sexual contact during those days. The calendar method developed in 1930 is based on the length of past women's cycle and the average of all female cycles. Later, ovulation was based on daily observation of individual female symptoms, reflecting hormonal changes. The success rate of NFP depends on the observed safe sex schedule. The Roman Catholic Church believes that life is given to us by God, so it will be deprived only by him. This belief in the church means that abortion is murder and should not be tolerated. I also believe in the church!
Currently, the only contraception permitted by the Catholic Church is the Natural Family Plan (NFP). This approach involves quelling sexual acts during the fertile period of the women's menstrual cycle. Couples involved in natural family planning are taught to teach women the subtle changes in body temperature and cervical mucus composition and teach when to spend pregnancy. For Catholic theologians this will allow the couple to manage the female birthrate without separating gender from their real birth targets. However, a small part of American Catholic ladies use this method of contraception. This is because it involves a rather complex and unattractive technique (cervical mucus check). Prevent sexually transmitted diseases
Even limiting FP options to the Natural Family Planning (NFP) approach can not address the personal and social costs of outdated, unintended pregnancy (Pernia et al.). Providing an artificial and natural family planning method can achieve greater success rate in achieving the family size required by Filipinos. But this is not the only good result of family planning law. Proper use of specific family planning methods can prevent the spread of HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases (WHO). By using family planning laws, we can reduce the incidence of artificial abortion (WHO)
