Fictional person, mythic frontier, tour guide Natty Bumppo is the protagonist of James Fenimore Cooper's five frontier life novels, collectively referred to as "leather story collection". Characters are known throughout the series with various names such as leather stockings, Hawkeye, Pathfinder, Diaz Layer etc.

Natty Bumppo is a young white man raised by the Delaware Indians, educated by sects of Moravia, brave and glorious foresters, hunters and translators. He is a lifetime friend of Mohawk Chief Chingachgook and his son Uncas. In the series, Natiebanpo is working with various European pioneers and military factions and his Indian brothers. Through the series, he is associated with the wilderness that disappears, with no wife, becoming an idealized number that has no children, and for an unforgettable life for a dead life.

The obvious hero of the Leatherstocking series is the frontier character Natty Bumppo. But, "Last Mohicans", the second book in the series, Natty Bumppo, or Hawkeye does not seem to indicate the mythical nature of isolated reconnaissance and hunter. Terence Martin pointed out this as "the last Mohawk." . . We encountered an uncommon unfinished Naitybanpo. Donald Darnell, his strength did not fall - although he was at that peak, his eyes were still sharp, his heroic role was robbed by Ankas and they were skillfully dominated by Cooper It was concluded. Ankas and Maguya are the protagonists and adversaries of this story, a symbol of people who disappear entirely, and are the victims of the ultimate white civilization invasion.

Natty Bumppo is the hero of The Last of the Mohicans. Natty Bumppo is also known as Leatherstocking, Deerslayer, Pathfinder, but among the other four leather stories, Natty Bumppo is also known as Hawkeye. Hawkeye served as a mentor and guardian and saved his sister Kola and Alice Manlo twice from Maguire and his Huron Indians and led Major Hayward and Man Colon several times. Finally, he shot Magua and killed Chingachgook 's son Uncas. This settled the friendship between Hawkeye and Chingachgook, and they eventually came together

In the last part of Mohawk, I introduced Cooper's most famous character, Natie Bumpo. This is a tempting story, followed by the adventures of Bumppo and his two Mohican Indian friends - Chingachgook and Uncas of Father and Son. They began releasing the two daughters of Mangro, Cola and Alice. And they were repetitively kidnapped by their chief, a group of Huron Indians led by Maguya. At the time it was popular and praised, but the last Mohawk people were re-criticized by experiencing the cycle of ignorance and insult. Later critics knew that this was very unrealistic and believed their role was stereotypical. Cooper was appointed the duty of drawing an Indian in his book. Uncas and Chingachgook are considered idealistic, and Magua is too bad. The "last Mohawk tribe" in other Cooper's books and women are considered to be suffering, only women of completely undeveloped character.
