Nationalism: Angel or Devil in Disguise?

Nationalism will unite people of different classes and beliefs. It can create harmony and give people a sense of identity, but nationalism is also a tool that dictators use to create violence and separate people from different regions. Nelson Mandela conquered apartheid, unified his country, and stimulated the world. Mandela is willing to die for his career. After 27 years imprisonment, the government finally agreed to finish apartheid. Shortly after being released, blacks gained voting rights and Mandela was elected president.
