The National Honor Society (NHS) is a nationwide high school student organization composed of many chapters of the United States and remote high schools. The choice is based on four criteria: scholarship (academic achievement), leadership, service and personality. The National Honor Society needs to serve communities, schools and other organizations. The time spent working on these projects will help me meet the monthly service time requirements. The National Honorary Association was founded in 1921 by the National Secondary School Principals Association. The Alfa branch of NHS was founded at Fifth Avenue High School by principal Edward S.
