National Day of Unplugging

Last Friday, I decided to join the National Day of the plug. The national day was created by Reboot and started a day in the year when people unplugged power from nearly everything connected to their cell phone, laptop, iPad and internet. This year's National Day is the sunset from March 6th to March, but I left early in the evening, but I promise not to connect within 24 hours. The purpose of a 24-hour vacation is to contact your family more when you are disconnected from a cell phone or the Internet.

I also took a picture as part of that day 's National Day. It was sent to the National Boss website and is now on the homepage (http://nationaldayofunplugging.com). In the picture, we took a piece of paper and asked why you chose to pull it out. I wrote that I knocked down and chose to live. I absolutely decided to choose life, so it is worthwhile to spend 24 hours without inserting it. I needed a more monotonous job, I shut down the iPhone and the laptop more frequently and I found out that I need to contact with my family more. Connecting with meditation, enjoying the outdoors is wonderful. I definitely work hard to enjoy both.

While keeping my words, I joined the nationwide anniversary day without the 24 hour skill. National Day Boss Day was founded by Reboot, a third year nonprofit organization. Center activity restart does not define the meaning of "extraction", but instead it depends on the individual. For me, this means turning off my most popular electronics, my smartphone, laptop and television. I cover it using Friday every Friday, I think it will be a good rest, but when I click the power button on my device on Friday night, I say, my Telephone - 24 hours
