Israel's National Background: History and general facts about Israel along the coastline of the eastern Mediterranean Sea, the facts at the intersection of the three continents, there is a controversial land known now as Israel. Moses had good fellowship with God. The Israeli state was not full of confidence and committed the sin of God. Sin keeps the people of God away from God, and fellowship is lost.

The name "Israel" means "he will rule God" "Israel" means "he will rule" Ell means God. Obviously, the fate and purpose of the people of Israel is indicated by her name. Israel is a miracle country. Jerusalem is the great city of God, the king's great town (Psalm 48: 1-2, Matthew 5: 35). Israel is destined to be the starting point of God's country, and Jerusalem will be its capital. There is a unique relationship between Israel and Ethiopia. Israeli men are not allowed to marry a woman from Ethiopia - Cush (Exodus 34: 11, 16). Therefore Moses married a woman from Ethiopia and Gush (Numbers 12: 1). They have two real Israelis / African sons, Gershom and Eleazar (Exodus 18: 2-3). Eleazar bore a son named Phineas by Petiel's daughter. Petiel's daughter is believed to be descendants of Ham's son Putt (Genesis 10: 6).

The name of the book comes from the fact that Israel immigrated from Egypt to a large extent, but this is only the first part of the story. This book follows Israel from Egypt to the desert where the country is in particular consistent with God (as opposed to the idols of Egypt and its surrounding countries). This book first lists his expectations for the people of Israel - we regard these expectations as the Ten Commandments. The majority of the Old Testament is about how Israel will (or will not) meet these expectations.
