The university record reflects the name of the student who first applies for admission. In order to change the name of the university record, the student must complete the rename request directly at the registration office of MU - 200W. As part of a divorce case. If you are changing your name as part of a pending divorce, please fill in your name change request (if you are a petitioner) or your answer (if you are a respondent). The court can make final judgment. If you changed your name in a divorce case, you can only change your name to (1) the name of the birth certificate or (2) the name before the marriage.
