Myths, Legends, and King Arthur

Myths, legends, and King Arthur recorded life over time and created past history, people and all dramas. One of the stories is the death of Le morte d'Arthur, or English, Arthur. Despite the title of France, the actual text is written in English. This is a series of 21 books detailed by King Arthur's legend written by Sir Thomas Mallory from 1469 to 1470. According to trust, Sir Mallory was born in 1408, but no one knows for certain.

Unlike legends, myths are based on historical events. King Arthur is a legend as there is evidence to prove the name of Kingdom of the real existence of Britain. A myth was born. The collected stories may or may not be the case. But myths and legends are clearly stated or exaggerated clearly. In the case of Arthur, he may not have a mysterious sword, but he is convinced that he has a good sword. It can be said that the boundary between myth and legend is controversial. In common usage, the word "legend" often represents a traditional story that is believed to have historical grounds, such as King Arthur and Robin Hood's legend. In this way it is possible to distinguish between myths (which refer to supernatural myths and sacred myths) and legends (based on historical facts). Therefore, some Iliad writers will distinguish legendary aspects (eg heroes that may act on the public) and mythical aspects (including God's conspiracy, for example). However, the difference between myth and legend must be used with caution. As with all other cases, the boundaries between the terms of a traditional story are not fixed and different writers do not forget to use them in different ways.
