My Stand on Affirmative Action

My opinion on positive behavior When I started investigating journal articles, I was sure of what to focus on. Every time I go to a medical institution, I notice that there is insufficient coloring among medical staff. I think it is clear that most of the orderly people are African-American, most doctors and nurses are Caucasians. I think that this is due to prejudice of the Human Resources Department. I think that African Americans can not get the same opportunity as white Americans, especially in a very isolated community of Sarasota.

I am a Republican and tend to agree on conservative issues, so I am not in favor of taking positive action. I believe that positive action plays a constructive role in establishing equality among blacks and whites, men, women, minorities, and majorities. In my opinion, I am convinced that actions have been abused and operated by such political fireballs,
