My Role As a Group Member

I believed that the group did not work. I am an observer who likes to study alone. When I worked alone, I thought that I learned best. I always knew that group work had positive value, but the lecture-based approach is more comfortable and it involves more changes than using collaborative learning approaches to resist team work It is from. However, in my community project I noticed that I would study more effectively when I worked in a group.

I have kept up with the whole project and knowledge of teamwork and leadership of the Professional Skills 2 module last year, and further research and communication on this topic. The goal is to understand my role as a team member and to acquire additional skills. I am familiar with the field of research, which gives me confidence in a sense. This method is based on secondary resources. (Denscombe, 1998). Our goal is to achieve outstanding results for students, individuals and even ordinary people (Scarnati 2001). This is a long interactive process that we rely on each other to effectively communicate. Bruce Tuckman explained this process with his modeling storm's Norming Performing team development model (Tuckman 1965).

Functional role In order for a group of people to function as a team, members must not only play a role but also find ways to interact with one another. These "functional" roles help the team achieve the goal. Each team member can take on one or more functional roles as necessary. You will find yourself playing the following role: the foundation of facts. • Goal setters: Helps teams set goals. • Deadline setting person: Be sure to set the deadline date. • Progress Monitor: Please make sure the group is on schedule. • Evaluator: Measure decisions targeting group goals. Explainer: If you adopt an idea, try to understand how it works. • Summary: After group discussion, the recommendations were repeated.

Each team member who identifies roles and responsibilities understands the roles and responsibilities of everyone in the group so that all members will know how their roles are contributing to the group and the final organization's desirability I understand the result. We know who their internal and external customers are and what their customers need. Please clarify your responsibilities to your employees, talk about your expectations and your expectations, and identify the outcome of what you do not meet these expectations.
