My Philosphy on Being a Successful Leader

Leadership is not to have a title, a big company, or a fan. Successful leadership is the courage to make the right choice, involve others in your vision, and allow believers to seek choices for common interests. Great leaders will influence their followers and it will last a lifetime. My personal leadership philosophy is formed by considering various factors. The first of them is my understanding of myself. Leaders must understand and understand their core values ​​such as credibility, passion, service, humor, growth and learning.

In South Africa, Ubuntuism's humanitarian philosophy is linked together by the whole human being, as detailed by scholars and historian Michael Onyebuchi Eze, and leaders such as Nelson Mandela and Archbishop Desmond Tutu And we do not have anyone else. This conviction eventually became a fertile foundation for the emergence of emerging countries in South Africa, lifted the apartheid system and made all people, blacks, and whites equal in law view. As the world seems to be falling apart around us, I will try to remind myself that our little demons have become more attractive. The people we have been to so far are not that terrible.

Based on my experience as a female leader and the guidance of many female leaders, the most important issue I encountered is that every day interferes with success and happiness. These will also affect men, but women tend to do so. Yes, they are very common sense, but they do not recognize the impact they have on us.

I would like to be a leader, not a manager. I know that the reward as a leader will never come from my company, but I know that the people working together succeed in their work, that is a good thing. I want to be such an excellent leader, my employees are very proficient in what they are doing, they can even stand up in my career. The real feature of the leader is the ability to create those who can become leaders better than them. This is the person I want to become. My best wish is to raise more people than ever and to change the culture of the company they work for.
