My Philosophy of Teaching

My educational philosophy is hard work and I am not going to despise it. In the past few years, becoming a teacher has always been my dream. I always knew that education would be my profession, especially when I began working as an alternative secretary in the school system. I like to work in a school environment; contact with children every day makes me realize that I want to teach a classroom full of students. Teachers sometimes play such an important role in the lives of children as the only source of encouragement and support.

My educational philosophy needs to consider four major issues when considering educational philosophy. Because I learned to become a teacher after I spent four years. Even if they irritate and challenge me, I also learn to take care of the students unconditionally. I learned to extend the strengths of my students so they can work on my weak points with confidence.
