My Philosophy of a Constructivist Mathematics Education

What kind of mathematical experience have been experienced by my composerist mathematical education philosophy students in all aspects for all purposes? Do you symbolize students who can memorize expressions, write down symbols, display patterns, and solve problems? I believe in mathematical experience of rich and authorized students. It is basically derived from the Piaget Gene epistemological constructivist model.

It is worth noting that researchers in mathematics education have investigated the influence of active learning techniques on mathematical learners for decades, especially at the K - 12 level. For an example since the mid-1990s, see Anthony's article "Active Learning in the Constructivistic Framework" listed in the reference. It contains a good explanation of the different interpretations of "active learning". In this paper we chose to emphasize the effect of active learning beyond academic disciplines. I accept teaching of constructivism. The concept of positive learning and collaboration is the center of my educational philosophy. These are the behaviors I am trying to model every day in my interaction with students and residents. As a teacher, I like teaching in a real patient care environment while emphasizing decision making, introspection and interpersonal relationships in a meaningful environment. I believe in cooperation, not competition between learner and team member.

We educate and respect students' knowledge and experience. My educational philosophy has evolved, including the application of principles and theories related to adult learning and constitutionism. Constructivist theory explains that learning is accomplished by creating meaning from experience and by learners knowing based on their own experiences (Ertmer & Newby, 1993). Furthermore, in adult learning theory, learners participate in their learning process and are responsible for the process. Learners contemplate themselves, collect information, collaborate with others, and instruct themselves (Conlan, Grabowski & Smith, 2003). In recognition of how adult learners are seeing education, I included them in my education case studies and actual examples.
