Biswas-Diener (2009) defines personal tutoring as a professional relationship where coaches promote experiential learning, improve function and performance, and strive to achieve concrete goals. Some basic assumptions are that people have the natural ability to grow and develop to focus on mutually agreed objectives and understanding this relationship is relatively equal and collaborative It is suggested. Some of the techniques found during the course of coaching include, but are not limited to, the following list provided by the author.
In the past 15 years, the field of personal guidance and specialized guidance has grown rapidly. And, like most fields and occupations that have experienced this growth, the leaders have a variety of perspectives. This is the definition most people agree on. Many think that coaching is different from training. Training can also be expressed as an expert who tells students specific topics so that students can more effectively carry out their current tasks. Those people may add that training is less cooperative than coaching relationships. Many people also think that counseling is different from counseling and may explain the consultation as using advice, especially to help other people, teams or organizations solve the problem. Others may argue that good consultants will use training and coaching skills based on customer needs.
The coach is more than just fitness. The coach gives you the opportunity to build relationships with people from every aspect of life. People with diverse careers, political and life perspectives, goals, perspectives, personality. I share my goals and hopes with these people just as they do. I am responsible for these people because I am responsible for their own health and personal goals. I grew up and I am getting better and better with my technology, and I am the best I can. I shared my views and opinions on my life, promoted deep dialogue and established meaningful friendship with those I train.
Do you like the person you saw in the mirror? When I lead the people's health and fitness goals, I remember I worked with people in conflicting relationships with their appearances. From the coach's point of view, when they hire me to help change their appearance, it is difficult for them to see beyond their appearance. Their first job is to check the relationship with them. Do they like who they are? What is their self talk? Did they experience difficult childhood including emotional or physical abuse? It is important to understand the past, but it has nothing to do with it. You should pay attention to your past, but do not do these activities with you like a visiting salesperson. As George Orwell wrote, "Dominating the past dominates the future, dominating the present dominates the past."
