My Personal Experience in Research Projects

In the second half of the autumn holiday, I participated in the "growth curve of infectious bronchitis virus infected with chicken embryo" under the guidance of Dr. Sofia who was an intern at Globby India - Hyderabad in India. My work involves culturing primary cell cultures using specific pathogen free (SPF) eggs, infecting SPF cell culture with bronchitis virus, and calculating infectious titers. Working in a group of motivated people is a pleasant scientific experience. Furthermore, from the interaction with field lab technicians, you can see the importance of teamwork and collaboration.

It is the beginning of my attempt to clarify the importance and necessity of explicitly incorporating ethical construction into laboratory practice. Lighthouse Labs has a lot of mentors who gave me a lot of insight on software development work and support necessary for starting my career to myself and others.

Now I can share my personal experience with you. In the first week of my study, my marketing teacher gave us a challenge divided into 3-5 teams. We should begin studying my project. We decided to create a project on Apple Incorporated. We started a research project from the first week. Indeed, we are the first people to register our team and start working on the project. I made a plan, I wrote a report, read various books, then made a premise. I worked in 15 weeks, so after 15 weeks I am ready to pass the speech.
