My Nursing Journey and My Personal Philosophy of Nursing

INTRODUCTION My journey to my care began with my personal healthcare experience and has developed since I joined the nursing program at the state university. My personal care philosophy is related to my life experience and personal philosophy of my life. By looking back on the action, I began to understand the influence that cared about me. When I saw an influential nurse in my life, I noticed that customer-focused and family-centered care is an important quality. Aggressive treatment In order to establish a relationship between a nurse and a client, a nurse must incorporate all five aspects of a relationship between a treatment nurse and a client in their medical treatment (CNO, 2006).

The motivation for this article is to focus on nursing theorist Florence Nightingale and my personal care philosophy. This article will further explore the personal care philosophy I am planning to practice during nursing. In this article I also compare my philosophy with the philosophy of Firenze Nightingale and combine my Betty Newman system model with my philosophy. I found a book at the elementary school library; I have a picture of Lady Justice 'Themis' on the British Old Bailey. I was surprised to learn that a woman is a symbol of justice. I was told that I live my life, men have a career, and the role of women is to support my family.

The quotation was the driving force of my life and my approach to caring for me. This article is aimed at exploring my personal care philosophy, the occupation I am looking forward to. First, I have built my personal care philosophy into four nursing theorists who added more meaning to my understanding and appreciation of my profession.
