My Mentoring Program for Deprived Girls

The planning process began and suddenly began to understand the hidden details I had not considered. First of all, I noticed that we needed to find speakers of all sectors and industries and find the same place as all the communities. The next thing is to find a sponsor to cover all the student fees and snacks as the program lasts until late afternoon. When I taught all these things properly, I realized that I can not do it by myself.

After the course, I returned to my house in London, Ontario, Canada, where I shared what I learned from Stanford University AI 4ALL and I felt that we had to change for the girls in the community . I started as a mentor of the ladies' learning code, where he led the workshop on machine learning and web design briefing, then became a consultant for bit by bit computer science camp. In September of this year, I decided to make a chance for a young girl in the Canadian community to learn more about technology and engineering. That's why I created Technology and Engineering Girls (or my best friend and co-founder Cindy Xie) Technology and Engineering Girls (or TE Girls).

NASA Girls - NASA Girls is a virtual tutor program that pairs NASA tutor and young students across the country using a commercially available video chatting program. NASA Girls offers young students the opportunity to interact and learn with real engineers, scientists and technical experts. Although there are various fields, NASA wants to explain how they contribute to science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. TechGirls - TechGirls is an international summer exchange program designed to motivate young girls from the Middle East and North Africa to motivate them to pursue science and technology. At the center of the program, there is a one-week technical training camp offering participants detailed investigation on technology related topics such as Java C ++ programming, and practical guidance of 45 hours or more is provided.

Django Girls is a global initiative to "encourage women to fall in love with the show". Django girls do not benefit through programming workshops that provide women with the tools, training, guidance necessary to build applications using Django's web framework, including Python programming. Django's girls community pocket is emerging all over the world. Nigeria already has several Django women communities. I confirmed that there were not enough developers, and complained. In most cases, the focus is mainly in boys. Django girls give us the opportunity to show off on gender neutrality in ecosystem by carrying girls. Just as male developers need them, female developers are also necessary. Django girls help girls start programming and connect to mentors.
