My Journey to Africa

Following the footsteps of Canadian writers, he returned to Africa and realized many of his childhood dreams.

This intimate magazine began his 2 month adventure in Morocco, visited the sacred grounds of Fes and Meknes, shopping at the medical center in Marrakesh, and hiked through the High Atlas Mountains.

A trip to Africa has made me learn a lot. I have shared my understanding of East and Central with you. My last trip took place in southern Africa. I visited the kingdom of Luna and Luba. Let's start talking to you about the social characteristics of this magical place. Next let's move on to economics. Economically speaking, the kingdom grew strongly through trade. The history of Africa is quite interesting as it is not well understood about this particular continent. Three kingdoms, including Axum, Kongo, Great Zimbabwe, caught my interest. These kingdoms contain important aspects such as economic exchanges and social milestones. These represent ways in which specific activities link people of different kinds all over the world. Founded near the Red Sea, Axum is an African city state established by Arab and African businessmen. This is an influential and rich city. It develops into a kingdom by conquering the surrounding land. It includes an important geographical location between trade routes in Africa, the Mediterranean and Asia. This makes wealthy foreign products in the city; they exchange ivory, glass, gold, crops and metals for fibers, oils, dyes and spices.
