Teaching is a very rewarding task and a valuable occupation. The main role of the teacher is to further improve the knowledge and understanding of each child in the classroom, sometimes very difficult. I am not a teacher, but there are many educational exchanges with children. I am an elementary school math teacher named Chaniya, he lives near my house and has a 2 year old babysitter named Regina. In this article, I plan to discuss with each of my children the educational experience how I can help them achieve their educational goals.
I would like to talk about my first educational experience. This is autumn 2010. I have to teach point calculation. I have taught, but always two or three students at a time. I have no educational experience in the classroom. So I am a little worried. My college has a very extensive TA training program that lasts a week. I devotedly participated in all the seminars, took notes, read the TA manual and read it. I notice that I am not prepared enough yet. Thinking backwards, it is commonplace that we are not confident, but at that time I was very afraid to face my students.
In the first year I began to teach, I worked on unexpected problems in formal training. I have completed an educational preparatory course designed to teach science to demanding schools, but my first year is full of new experiences and challenges. I teach the living environment of the 10th grade and I always think about what is most suitable for my students. Many of them have differing academic levels and have difficulty in basic reading and writing skills. One of the questions I entered in the first year was how to balance common core standards with experimental preparation in New York State. Based on my student education experience, I found that there are many classrooms in the classroom about film preparation. I know that I want to do more in the classroom, but I do not know how to find a balance.
Perhaps I did not want to go to education at first because I did not understand the true meaning of education. My first educational experience surprised me and confused me. I was invited to teach a day project with "dangerous" girls in one of Hartford's toughest cities. We are making paper all day, and we are communicating quietly through "production" behavior rather than words. While quietly opening ourselves during the creative process, we keep in touch as we share our stories and vulnerabilities in the most authentic way. Communication is fluid and creative. We have established a real connection. This is the way I am absorbed in teaching. I did not leave the art. I bring art. It became a tool to communicate with students. I gave them as tools to express it everyday, to communicate and to connect with the world. Every day I open the door to another way of life for them, and people often choose to go through it. Now, I formed society
