My First Public Speaking Experience at the Financial Blogger Conference 2011

"There are always three speeches for each thing you actually give, what you practice, what you gave, what you want to give."

Last weekend I was fortunate to be invited to participate in the first financial blogging conference in Chicago and to participate in 250 to 300 individual financial bloggers.

I have talked about this speech in my blog in recent weeks. Because this is the experience of speaking in front of the first person for me. This is a completely new game for me. I talked about reading stand-and-delivery. [Full Disclosure: As a member of the Alliance, if you purchase through this link, I will receive compensation. Dale Carnegie helped me prepare In the end I got some instructions and saw over 50 TED videos and other presentations to shape my own style.

I am nervous, but that is a good thing. If you do not worry about what you are doing, you do not have to worry about it. But anxiety is that I was arranged as the last moderator.

Unfortunately, we were unable to use fireworks at the hotel, never joked with the marching band (it was a joke) so we did our best to jump out of the park using the speech and complete the meeting . If I bombard the presentation, this is the last thing people remember, and the whole meeting will be destroyed.

Okay - perhaps not accurate, but if you eat a sandwich and the last bit is hard to eat, the whole experience will be spoiled.

I arrived in Chicago early this Friday afternoon and met Cliff Ravenscraft with PodcastAnswerMan.com and GSPN In addition, GSPN was invited to a meeting to discuss podcasts. After talking online and talking to each other for over a year, Cliff is my roommate. On the Internet, he is as kind and discreet as real life people.

We held party with fans of GSPN and SPI in the Chicago area, 25 to 30 people ate a deep pizza with us and went to play. Food is wonderful, but the best part is to hang out and to know each other

This is the first genuine SPI gathering in history It was a really surprising encounter with the first person. It only reinforces the fact that we all have the ability to reach out and teach in order to truly change people's lives using their blogs and the Internet.

I first read my personal finance blog every day when I started work from 9 to 5 for the first time in 2005. I am reading these blogs. This tells us the power behind the blog and the ability of the blog to reach a large number of people and truly change the lives of people. I am reading a lot about money savings and investment.

As you can imagine, in 2011, I visited Porto, Porto, and published a topic on IWINETC on attracting bloggers (see my slide). This time we will talk with friends and Liza Swift, blogger of Brix Chicks, about new ways to hide gems for those visiting wine. 2013 IWINETC will collect wines and travel enthusiasts and experts from around the world and will discuss, reflect and develop their ideas about wine and cooking tourism. Through a two day interactive demonstration, demonstration and lecture, participants can taste wine from all over the world and the host country Croatian wine. As there are many participants from so many regions, there will be opportunities to taste many different wines and foods.

This year, I set the goal of talking with more people in the conference. I'm not used to speaking in public, my first career is a teacher, I work in the sales department and speak at numerous company and client meetings. I submitted several CFP (Call for Papers) in the past but I was rejected. My company sometimes sponsors many activities from the speech slot as part of the sponsorship program. These are 5 to 40 minutes. I have talked to my colleagues who managed our activities and expressed their intention to provide negotiations. In this process, I got a 20-minute speech and a 5-minute speech twice.
