This is a typical hot summer Sunday tricky around 1970. We live in a loud family full of a few aunts, uncles and their children - often in the daily chores of housework, people often find that the people who are still home and the kids I forget to do what I should do. My father is a technician of the Ministry of Telecommunications (DoT), he is a so-called patriarch in the house and I am very worried that many children in this house are very gentle while disciplined I will.

He made a habit and bought chocolate bar ice cream on Sunday every week (I only spent $ 75 on those glorious days)

On this special Sunday in the summer of 1970 when an ice cream manufacturer sounded his bell, the whole family suddenly noticed that I was not at home. . I am not addicted to regular Sunday games.

At the same time, two small heads with double scorpions were shook in a fire a few kilometers away from dry, thorny forest areas. My friend Gomathi and I have determined that age 9 is age enough to take risks and we are not ready to take "no" to listen from home. We are eager for cooking - our mother and aunt do not allow us to enter the kitchen

So, as I told you, in the hot afternoon of 1970, we stole chutney, sugar and cutlery. We made Kupali Urundai (Chutney Dal Laddoos) made by ourselves by making Aupupu (Tamil stove) with some stones and igniting it with branches.

No one has felt aroma in this 37 years, but this guy is really delicious.

After 5 hours of fun, we returned home. I slowly blended into this big family - no one truly irritates me - I have hundred friends, I can pass by anytime, I can easily go through x, y or z I can say that I can do it

I am nearly home away from ice cream on Sunday (Oh, do you have more adventure to share?)

So my first cooking experience was wonderful, and Karahi was very tasty and I entered our stomach in less than 20 minutes. There are few difficulties and tasks, such as knowing the perfect amount of each ingredient to be added, not being cooking or excessive boiling, many other factors, but what I learned from this experience is "being difficult". I think I will fail because I have not tried it. "When you first started doing that, it looked easier and more interesting. In the future, whenever we have free time, we will increase recipe and end the first blog. thank you for reading!

I made a lot of dishes in my life, and for the first time it was not always beautiful. This is experience, but as I cooked it for the first time, I will not stop eating chicken, it did a great job, almost sunog. It is usually your first love, not your last love when your first love does not go well.

I started cooking last night just like we cooked for the first time before we moved. This is a mental experience. My parents went camping trips, and I released the kitchen for my own personal use. Since we started living here, I cook regularly with my mother, but she and I have two different ways to make a meal. So yesterday afternoon, I enjoyed the pleasures of a large kitchen, and it was totally my loneliness. My poor husband was always hungry thanks to my parents' guests. We did not actually deal with processed foods after we reduced most of the food from the meal one year ago.

Today, I became a student again. My family and I went to a Japanese cooking class. Everything about this experience is wonderful. This is my first cooking class, but it certainly is not the last one. If you travel, cooking classes are a great way to learn about new places, cultures and people. Yoshimi may have taught me how to cook - it was an easy job - but she was happy to take the risk of a bad product as we learned by doing so. My daughter - she is five years old - although my children are both involved in cooking, they are too young to participate in the lesson. My son is not touched easily by any learning activity, but he has a lot of fun. He ate a lot of Japanese food again (he may be a noisy person).
