Influenced by the rise in New York's temperature this week, I am very convinced that summer is coming! When the seasons change, I am very excited. It means that I am looking forward to a beautiful new product. Summer is my favorite season as a child, and summer food is always on my list. I feel like eating more food by choosing seasonal foods in the farmer's market. I would like to share my favorite summer food with you this week. Please check what I eat all the year and tell me your summer favorites with comments, including recipes!

Cucumbers: It contains a lot of vitamins and nutrients, but my favorite cucumber is summer moisturizing effect. Made mainly from a water cucumber, it can be a refreshing supplement to the salad, and even some slices of water can be poured into the water on hot summer days!

Corn: When I was a child, I remember going to the Midwest and joining the Corn Festival. I like corn! Its sweet taste and crisp texture make it a classic summer stunning. When buying corn this summer, please choose local organic foods.

Watermelon: I think that it is safe for everyone to return watermelon to summer. On a hot summer day, there is nothing more than that, it is moisturizing, refreshing, and has nutrition!

Tomato: I have to admit that tomato is not my favorite, but I love it when the season and the garden are fresh. I think that they add such a beautiful color and flavor to any summer cuisine. You can do a lot of things with tomatoes, and your body will thank you! Tomatoes include lycopene, a powerful antioxidant!

Peppers: I really like green peppers. Various colors and tastes make my taste buds happy throughout the summer. Peppers are ideal for stir-fried, salads and even green peppers. Please choose local food or organic food as much as possible
