So today I put chicken on cheese with cheese and ham and chicken on the dish, somehow my dog climbed the table and ate the whole. This is not a big deal, but my dog keeps the puppy for only a month, so I am worried that it will affect her. b we are we we are we who we are. . .
In 2013, I changed the eating habits. I ate lots of grilled chicken and broccoli for lunch and dinner. I have egg and turkey bacon for breakfast. I ate Greek yogurt and cheese. At my lightest time, I reached 172 pounds in early 2014. I ran to run everyday. In my opinion, I can run 7 miles without interruption. I am training with a version of the 5 × 5 exercise program. It feels good. I am confidently ready to # Changetheworld in 2014. Step 1 of my plan: Please do this. I will start exercising. Step 2: Set bedtime. Rest for at least seven hours a day Step 3: Extreme challenge to get power quickly (4 day liquid starts on Tuesday) Step 4: Start my 8-minute yoga / stretch Step 5: I use my calorie calculation to lose. Step 6: Healthy meal
That summer I ate a lot of fresh food. My typical breakfast is fresh fruit and yoghurt. For lunch and dinner, I ate a similar red pasta, pasta / fruit / vegetable salad, Italian toast, or fresh vanilla rice. I started making my own salad dressing, usually fresh herbs and garlic and lemon balsamic vinegar. From groceries to medicines, I did not spend money in the summer. I bought more soy milk and eggs when I ran out, but I did big shopping at the beginning and the end of the summer. I will eat most of the time from the garden. My grocery bill has changed from $ 150 per month for June, July and August to $ 75 per month.
My favorite meal of the month is actually my lunch at Tartine Manufactory. When Tartine Manufactory opened last year, I fell in love with a cornnut corn salad. Parking is difficult and the route is long, but it is not bad to persuade me to stop it. It was removed from the menu when the corn season was over and since then I am looking for another option to meet that high standard. On Thursday a few weeks ago, I rushed to the Tartine Manufactory restaurant to quickly get a separate lunch and finally ate delicious almond sauce gaspacho. I always liked the taste of cream and almond zucchini, but for the sheath, herbs and green peppers, this version is a special one that increases brightness especially. I poured the bowl too soon and thought seriously about ordering the second bowl. It may not be as good as my favorite corn salad, but it is definitely enough to guarantee a return visit!
