My Disdain for Group Work

Each group has an inevitable formation process. This process is divided into five phases: forming, storming, specification, performance, and postponement. Each of these phases is important for creating a group that is coordinated and able to perform tasks successfully. Unfortunately, I think that group work is very boring from my personal experience. The majority of what I am trying to say is the result of the 'storm' phase that my team could not form through the group.
