Well, looking back at Tom Robinson's trial, I've seen what my decision has done to my family I heard what my friends and neighbors said about the test. If I can return, I will still defend Tom Robinson. There are many logical and ethical reasons for this decision. It is not about thinking about other people, how it affects them, or shows correct and wrong things.
Mr. Gilmer: Mr. Gilmer is an Abbottville attorney who came to the city during the trial. He is a prosecutor of Tom Robinson case and a friend of Atticus. He made him feel uncomfortable as he thought Tom Robinson 's way of interrogating Dear was ashamed of himself. Scouts thought that Mr. Gilmer thought that the attitude towards other defendants was more violent and thought that in this situation it did not work in practice, but he still plagued Dia. Mr. Dorfhus Raymond: Mr. Raymond is considered a chronic alcohol. He waved brown paper bags in the town and drank it with knitting. He is rich, is on the river bank, comes from an old family, but he lives with colorful women and their mixed-blood children. When Scout and Dill left the court, Dill was very frustrated, so they met Raymond and he decided not to drink whiskey from paper bags - this is Coca Cola.
African-American Tom Robinson was accused of raping Mayella Ewell, but he died because he was an African-American. Tom received a counsel attorney, Attiex Finch, elected by the judge. Atticus Finch is a white man who is an experienced lawyer. He tried to win Robinson's case, but he proved that Mr. Robinson did not commit a crime by raping Maiela. Unfortunately, he did not immediately listen to Robinson's testimony. After the trial, Mr. Underwood said the jury immediately believed her statement as Meyer was white and her opinion on the trial was against the facts of the black people. Mayella answered all the questions Atticus asked her. She hid something and was afraid that the truth would come out. When Tom appears on the witness stand he will answer all the questions asked. According to all the facts and statements provided at the court it clearly states that Tom is not guilty.
During the testimony of Bob Ewell, he points to Tom Robinson and said, "I saw a black man with my myela" (p.173). Throughout his daughter's animal trial, Tom Robinson was portrays in this way. Because the people of Meikom are thinking racially. Even if there is sufficient evidence to prove that he is not guilty, Tom is a black man and will be deprived of justice. When he talked to Jem, Atticus reinforces the idea that "white people always win when white people fight black people in our courtroom." America's way of thinking Tom Robinson is Boo Radley, but it is much larger. He is unmanned, all the other black Americans in that country. Blacks do not have their own songs; other people sing on their beliefs.
