My Desired Career

I always want to do the same job as my father. I think that I am always very attractive when there are only a few people who organize, manage and manage company personnel, materials and construction process. I always work outside and like to work with both hands. In the summer I am working at a construction company in Palestine and I would like to continue this after I graduate from college. If I graduate with a bachelor's degree in real estate and building management at university, I think that I will be able to find a good job that will make me happy in the construction industry.

The goal of my career is to become a Korean-based HRD / OD professor who can consult, teach and research in the field of leadership and cultural value. In order to achieve my career goal, I would like to improve the following three skills: leadership and coaching, written communication and voluntary. People with a high level of leadership and coaching tend to encourage high standards of ethical behavior, adapt the style of leadership to the situation and people, lead and guide other people. I believe that this ability is one of Professor's most important abilities, as the professor needs to motivate them to motivate them through interpersonal relationships to promote the progress of his or her students. Based on my experience as a student, the moving questions and feedback from my academic advisor contributed to my academic development and the results of my research.

Reflection 4: Thinking of your personal career goal, what are the three most important abilities you want to improve?

I do not want to advance my career. This is what I call a dream job, but the essence of my career requires constant travel and interaction with new people, but I do not want progress. Growing up as a student athlete, I have always had a spirit of competition - and I realized that the rise of career ladder can not imagine that this is no longer the greatest sign of not my path.

Being a nurse is not a career choice I am forced to put into production. As long as I remember, I always wanted to be a nurse. My opinion about nursing and my wish to become a nurse were brought directly from my passion for helping people. I would like to be a nurse. Because I like to offer internal satisfaction to people around them who need help as they need it. Recently I have decided to become an official and authorized nursing assistant to start my career in health care. I did this.
