At this stage I think that I can review my current leadership style on this course. I will never become a perfect leader or manager. But I am a person who likes orders. I changed the tool that brings order to change complexity. Now I will get out of the comfort zone and support managers to recognize cognitive frameworks, emotional and behavioral responses, find ways to improve leadership skills and efficiency, encourage innovative ideas.

I am trying to analyze my personal leadership style by tackling the characteristics, skills and experience of my leadership (this section will be described below). From now on I can understand the current state of my personal development process. I will also analyze the shortcomings to be improved to develop the leadership style (this section is described in the next article). I was born in a traditional Vietnamese family and 3 generations lived in the same house in Saigon. When I was a child, I always tried my parents listening to them and making me proud. Before thinking about myself, I was taught to think about the feelings of others in my family. I am basically satisfied with my responsibility and I am trying not to let anyone discourage. For many years at school I was a class and team leader.

Leadership Style and Vision My leadership style is a combination of the two leadership styles mentioned in this module.
