My Crucible Experience

Through my career, I experienced a lot of experience enriched with people and leaders. Webster's New World Dictionary explains experience as "living through more than one event, when an individual participates in an event or observes an event." Each person handles these experiences according to their personality, but some of them have widespread impact, such as changing individual identities and ways people perceive the environment.

According to the definition, Kuzumi is a revolutionary experience that individuals develop a sense of new or changed identity. After I became a person of 300 thousand dollars, I was in the midst of the most difficult encounter I had never met before. From my point of view (see figure), when individuals are in trouble, they have three choices. People who choose this path are not just recovering - they will prosper and reach new heights. Their performance and operation is better than ever.
